Step 1
The first step of the process, of course, is the original sketch. This bit is done by Shawn, our skech artist. This lays out the body plan, pose, shape, gestures, costume… just about everything about the character, except the color, details, and final design 
A final sketch for a full comic can take up to two days, depending on the level of detail and laziness factor or our artist… and depending on how much extra-curricular activities (including webmastering, eating out, watching Dr. Who, etc) interrupt the process.
