Vulpix Come Home 9
Not much to say about this one. Last issue of the Vulpix Come Home arc! We will be starting a new arc next week.
Sorry for the delay on the update. We had a wedding in the family yesterday, and it was only a 360 mile drive (one way)! We underestimated travel/rest/matrimony time, and by the time we got back we had just enough energy to collapse into sleep. And sleep in.

“VULPIX!” shouts Ashley as he kneels on the ground. Officer Jenny, Nurse Joy, Link, and David watch as Vulpix bounds into the room and into Ashley’s arms.
Officer Jenny looks at Ashley as he stands up. “Now… can you ***positively*** identify this Vulpix as yours?”
Ashley’s face almost crumples. “Er… well… I lost my POKEDEX two years ago… And I haven’t updated my trainer card since before I got Vulpix…” It should be obvious, however, by the look of delight on Vulpix’s face that this is one happy Pokemon!
David walks up to Ashley. “Don’t worry!” he says. “I’ll solve the problem.”
Vulpix, upon hearing David’s voice, turns around and gives David a ears-back death glare.
David smiles and waves. “Hello, Vulpix!”
Vulpix unleashes the FLAMETHROWER attack, drenching Dave in flames. “VULPIX!”
David coughs. “Yup… that’s your Vulpix.” He reaches up and puts out an ember on his goatee. Chris reaches over and pats him on the back. Ashley and Officer Jenny are shocked.
Vulpix just turns her back on Dave.
